Our host made us feel very welcome in his little corner of paradise. The garden is simply an amazing spot for morning coffee, or a glass of wine in the evening looking up at the mountains. There is a little mountain torrent running nearby, which makes for such a soothing atmosphere. The spot is a very convenient departure for a number of local hikes, too. Highly recommended!

Aside from the conditions of the accommodation, which were better than we expected based on the pictured, the host was very friendly and warm. We also enjoyed the hot tub with a nice view over the freshly-snowed mountains. When we left, we thought about going back during summer as well, so it's definitely a place to recommend :) Ah, and the entire place was nice and warm - no cold floor for us!

This B&B is on a working farm, but very close to the centre of Chateau d’Oex. Facilities were very clean and comfortable,and they provided secure storage for my bike. Breakfast was very generous,and included a few homemade products.
