We had a wonderful stay here!! The hotel is beautiful, from the rooms to the plants along the pathway leading to the beach. The location of the hotel is perfect for adventuring to Parque Tayrona, we also booked a trip through the hotel to visit the Flamingo Sanctuary (great trip and well worth the visit). The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved having a kitchen and a private pool. The location is perfect for viewing the night sky and stars.

The property is allergy-free and is situated a few steps from Guachaca Beach. The location is great, right at the beach, and mangrove forest right behind the house. There are good food options near by and bar next door. There is no shoes policy which keeps the place clean, but also gives you natural, comfortable and cozy feeling. It is decorated tastefully, with a lot of natural material, beautiful forest view, and sea breeze. Have in mind if you are coming from Europe or elsewhere the 110V plugs, the place has just enough infrastructure to feel comfortable, but be mindful it’s in nature. Setting is beautiful with river and the ocean, and staff was really helpful about where to eat, helping us arrange the transport from the airport, and we were pretty demanding guests. Also there have 3 adorable kitties in the house.

There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. Perfect mix between luxury and nature. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was delicious. It’s not clear on here but they also have access by boat to a really remote beach where they have a bar and you can order food from the restaurant for lunch. Will be coming back!

Great place to relax. We came here after finishing the Lost City Trek and this was perfect to recharge. When we went to Tayrona Park after, the owner helped us getting a ride with motor taxis and when it turned out I forgot something, he send a motor to bring it to us at the entrance to the park.

There is a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay. The chalet provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. I was worried at first that this might be the wrong choice, since it’s a bit far from the park entrance and the main hiking trail. But this place turned out to be absolutely magical. I would recommend it to anyone. While sitting outside on the little terrace, I saw so much wildlife right in front of the cabin: two types of monkeys, an agouti, parrots, a sloth, a squirrel, iguanas, tons of birds, and even a snake. The cabin itself is super comfortable. It feels cozy, and the bed is really nice. Also, it’s easy to catch a small shuttle or bus from here to both the main park entrance and the starting point of the hike to Cabo San Juan, which makes it a really convenient base. Truly an unforgettable stay in Tayrona.
