I spent just over two weeks at Vilas na areia in early March 2023 and really enjoyed my time there. Rosella and Antonio are very friendly and helpful hosts, and as mentioned in other reviews, the accommodation is very cosy and super clean. Breakfast (at additional cost) was wonderful and proximity to town and beaches good. I had a small kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, sink and kitchen essentials in my apartment. Internet was good, there was no TV which was perfectly fine for me. Communication before and during my stay was great. Both are very approachable, just speak to them if anything is missing or needed. I would definitely recommend Vilas na areia and would love to go back some time in the future.

The main entrance, stairwell, and all apartments are kept spotless and are cleaned daily. Anildo is exceptionally helpful, arranging taxis or pickups and offering clear guidance—much appreciated.

Absolutely stunning remote location with peace, tranquility and unspoiled by tourism. A former Portuguese fishing village that was restored to become a beautiful eco lodge. Staff, views, food and owner were all great and made us feel at home.

The apartment features an indoor pool and full-day security. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has everything you would need, including aircon, a hot shower, and good wifi. The location is ideal, with a stunning beach right over the road that was nice and quiet the whole time we stayed. There is also a shared pool and bar/restaurant which were also perfect. There are also really nice cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets a couple of minutes up the road which we found really convenient. Lavínia was an amazing host, responding to messages quickly, and even offered to clean the apartment half way through our stay. Thank you for everything :) I would highly reccommend this apartment for anyone staying in Boa Vista!

I loved that there was supermarket nearby and restaurants and shops a short walk. I felt very safe walking alone, even at night. The kitchen was well-equipped for making meals at home. The host was very responsive to questions and gave excellent recommendations in town for food, music, and more.
