Zimmer ist sehr sauber, heißes Wasser war immer. Die Küche war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Und....da hatte ich keine nervigen Moskitos im Zimmer gehabt. Ich war in 3 Unterkünften in Santa Maria und nur da war es wirklich entspannt.

Gelegen in Espargos und weniger als 2 km von Monte Curral, verfügt die Unterkunft Nifa House über einen Garten, allergikerfreundliche Zimmer und kostenloses WLAN in der ganzen Unterkunft. For me the location was great: outside of center Espargos means no noises at all, super quiet and relaxing neighbourhood. Minimarket was 5 min walking away, nice and cheap restaurant 3 min. I even walked to the airport which was around 40min. The bus station for the collectivos to Santa Maria (scooter rental) is 20min walking. The room and the house is superclean, modern, and the owner is really friendly, and nearly always available via booking or WhatsApp. He speaks Portugese, Englisch, spanish and french... He has mountain bikes for rent (just 7km to the Salinas), and in the near future also scooter. The room is big with a big bed and a comfy matrace. There is a table and chairs. Also there are enough plugs to charge your stuff. The bathroom looks / is new and has a shower with hot water. The WiFi works great. I loved staying here! Definitely recommend this place!

A clean, well-equipped apartment with all the facilities needed for a short stay in Espargos. It's located in a residential area in front of the school, so it's quiet at night. Since we walked from the airport, it was a perfect location for us (on the street into town). Blackout curtains help keep out the morning light. There's a kitchenette with enough utensils to cook a simple meal. An air conditioner worked well and came in handy during a sandstorm.

Extremely clean, super big rooms, very comfortable, great location. Has everything you need! The owners are a gem!!! Dila organized for us a tour of the island and she let us do a late check out, which was super convenient because we were flying from Sal at 7 pm, so we could enjoy the beach and then take a shower. I strongly recommend staying here, especially if you’re not a fan of resorts like me but still want to be in a great accommodation. I only have good things to say about this place. You’ll love it! Excellent modern comfortable apartment in a good location just a short walk from the main pedestrian street, the pier and the beach. Despite me suffering a cancelled flight from Sao Vicente and all of my luggage lost until the afternoon of my third day, Antonio and his patner were incredibly understanding and helpful in every way possible. The security was excellent with electronic fob for the single entrance and for the apartment itself.

Great location, 2 min walk from the most beautiful beach on Sal. Would highly recommend for an individual stay on Sal, instead of resort holidays.
