Room: I got the room with the jacuzzi and the view and they did not disappoint. The room was spacious and the view of the waterfall was breathtaking. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast buffet was fresh and the cooks were friendly and welcoming every morning. They really make sure you feel at home by giving you that homie feeling. Staff: the hotel is run by a family and Carla, our receptionist, was beyond helpful. She was friendly, caring and cheerful. Her husband, Juan, was also great and they both showed us tips of what to do for activities and where to go for restaurants etc. I cannot stress enough of how incredibly safe and grateful I felt just to have them there every morning to greet us and chat with us like we are old friends. It was the best stay of my traveling experiences.

Their weren't many people staying at the Lodge, but they still went out of their way to light us a bonfire, and were helpful getting us bicycles for the Ruta de Las Cascadas, and to help us with many other questions. Great crew!
