The bartenders (especially Ahmed in the lobby bar!) were friendly and professional, always ready with a smile and great service at any time of day. The facilities were excellent — everything was clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. From the pools to the beach area, everything contributed to a very relaxing stay. Moreover, in this hotel I was able to remote work and relax near the pool! such a great experience! Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a worry-free holiday in Hurgada
