The breakfast was great too and we were welcomed with a welcome drink. Since we arrived late (around midnight) we asked the hotel to arrange a meal, which they did for an extra charge. The staff was very attentive and polite.

The location of the facility is great, 5 minutes walk from the center. It was very clean and everyone was very helpful. Moreover, they offered us a better room, thank you again Antoni 🙏 our room was very large and useful. The hostel had a magnificent balcony, it was very enjoyable to spend time there. The breakfast was sufficient and satisfying. All the employees were friendly and very helpful. They also allowed our bags to stay there until our evening departure.. I'm sorry we couldn't stay longer, if I go to Cairo again, I will definitely stay here again...

We were a group of five friends staying in three rooms, and the staff took great care of us from start to finish, always making sure we were comfortable and happy—even preparing breakfast early when we needed it. The hotel is right in downtown Cairo, in a lively local neighborhood that’s a bit rough around the edges but full of character. We always felt perfectly safe walking around. Our rooms were spotless and cleaned whenever we asked. The hotel itself feels like a little palace—an old building with high ceilings and a grand staircase, beautifully renovated with great taste. One of our favorite places was the roof garden, where we had breakfast each morning and relaxed in the evenings until midnight. It’s a lovely spot with a warm atmosphere, and there was always someone around to bring soft drinks or water. We also enjoyed ordering food from outside and dining there—it made our evenings extra special. The breakfast chef was excellent, and while the selection wasn’t huge, it had everything we needed—and the Turkish coffee was the best! The staff were always smiling, kind, and eager to help. This hotel has real character, charm, and heart. We felt so well looked after and would definitely stay here again. A special thank you to the always helpful and professional Mirena, Abdullah, Youssef and everyone else working there—you are the best!
