I took a single room for one traveler, perfect staff, perfect location, big free public parking very near and enough parking space (white for free and blue that you should pay). Hotel has nice breakfast and rooms are pretty comfortable with good sound-proofing. Wellness area is very nice (but I think eur 24 for 90 mins per person is a bit too much). Staff is very helpful (especially Marta from the reception desk - if I got the name correctly) and available at any moment to provide any kind of information or help.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Ciutadella really close to the old town, and you can easily get around only by foot and public transport. The rooms don't have numbers but names, which feels more personal. The owners are very friendly, and I felt quite welcome. They can let you know about local attractions if you wish to. The check-in process was very smooth. I would stay there again next time I visit Ciutadella
