On arrival, the entry keypad had a plate attached telling me to ring the bell, but I couldn't find the bell. Someone passing rang the number and all was well! It was very clean and very technological with a small plastic card for room entry and flashing lights as well as a voice telling if the door was locked or unlocked. Wifi worked a treat. There were qr codes here and there, and a Hi Google box or something - I didn't dare mess with those as I am not very good with modern things! Bed very comfortable, slept like a log, and everything was clean. Breakfast self service and perfectly adequate. Auxonne is a beautiful place, and I would like to return and stay here again for longer. Thank you!

Ideally situated in the centre of Beaune, Escale de Giulia is a recently renovated holiday home, providing free WiFi and parking on-site. The property has city views and is 700 metres from Hospices Civils de Beaune and 1.9 km from Beaune Exhibition Centre. The property is non-smoking and is located 600 metres from Beaune Train Station. We loved this apartment. One of our favorites on our 3 week vacation. It was newly decorated, modern, charming and in a fantastic location. Modern yet old works beams and stone, great combo. Location was close and walkable to all of central Beaune. Yet it was quiet. Parking was convenient & easy and right outside of the apartment. This was the only place on our entire trip where parking was easy and right next to entry . Almost every other Airbnb was difficult to park. Not so here, it was EXTREMELY convenient. Beaune is a beautiful place, but accommodations really contribute to the experience. This apartment was perfect for a family of 3 and more would fit. The tri-level layout was good for privacy. I see they are well equipped for a baby if you have one.
