The room where we stayed is spacious, bright and clean and has a view on St Edward's churchyard, and one of the breakfast rooms has a view on the famous church door. Staff is very kind and helpful. Set in the Cotswold market town of Tetbury, this charming town house dates back to 1535 and boasts a restaurant with views of the walled garden and fountain. There is free Wi-Fi and free parking on site. Tge staff were very attentive. The room - Jacobean - was quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The bedding was lovely and we enjoyed the tea, coffee and treats provided in the room. The breakfast was outstanding, everything you could want was included. Great location with good parking and right in the middle of town.

The Crown Inn is a beautiful building dating from 1633. Surrounded by Gloucestershire countryside, you can enjoy excellent views across the Golden Valley. It is off the beaten track. I had a single bed room which was large, well furnished and very comfortable. Loved the fact you could see the stars at night with little light pollution. Fantastic evening meal and an excellent breakfast, the homemade baked beans were superb!
