Rooms were brilliant, although we didn't use all the facilities as we were too busy out and about. The room exceeded our expectations, had everything provided for an easy stay. The rooms were clean, cosy and modern and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

It’s like exactly as in the photo. Super comfy with daily cleaning. Staff is super friendly and just amazing. What a little gem! We were tired after a long drive and the huge amount of space in our room, along with the lovely bath, meant we were very able to relax and unwind. Breakfast was superb, with lovely local choices, served by friendly staff, and we only wished we'd had more time to enjoy meeting the farm animals. Our quick visit to see the Clydesdales, accompanied by the dogs, was delightful though!

Perfect location to use as base. Excellent and reasonably priced restaurants and bars within walking distance. Spacious and very comfortable rooms - we even had a small table with chairs in the room. We appreciated the coffee, tea and small instant breakfast that was provided. Small fridge was a bonus. Friendly and helpful hosts.
