Great little studio apartment with own shower room. Kettle, hob and fridge. Efficient air con. Location perfect for the coast and the train station and in a quiet residential area. Shop just opposite. Communication perfect with George. Very clean. Nice roof terrace with swing seat and added bonus of washing line and pegs. Good wifi. Suited our needs perfectly.

It was an excellent hotel. The room and environment were very clean. The location was great. It was in the middle of the city and access to both sides of the city was excellent.
The staff was very polite and pleasant.
I especially thank Anna for her kindness and cooperation.

Property is located at the very beautiful place with the greatest view on the Black Sea. The location of the hotel on the hill makes even the hottest summer days seem pleasantly chill, even air conditioning is not needed. The property also had very beautiful garden full of flowers and cute chairs to sit and enjoy the view. The hotel itself was very clean and beautiful with wooden floors which I loved. The bed sheets were also very clean and cared for.

Good location, next to the Argo funicular, just 10 min. walk to the promenade. Nice service. The room was very spacious. The room was very clean and the room-service was top notch. Very good breakfasts (large selection of dishes) and very friendly service during breakfast. Good coffee from the espresso machine.

Everything is good 👍The location is the best in Batumi, it's very close to the sea (first line), 2-3 minutes to the beach. Apartments are great, very clean and cozy, with excellent seaview. You will have all necessary items, including hairdryer, iron and washing machine. And the owner Levan is very friendly and polite, cute man that can solve every problem if you will have it. But really you will have only pleasure and relax! Enjoy Batumi staying in this apartments)

Beautiful apartment, hosts are lovely, very welcoming and helpful, in a good location to get to the beach, into the city, and anywhere else. Shops very close by, Grand Mall 5 minutes away. Ohla is a fantastic host and helped us out as much as she could, she always made sure to make sure we were okay and answered questions very fast. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen was just what we needed to spend the nights in and cook something for ourselves.
