To my surprise, I was welcomed with a real celebration! Miro and Mariam made me feel like I was in a fairy tale. I was very lucky to get a complimentary upgrade to a suite, where I found a cake with a candle waiting for me, as well as a special gift — a “BORN TO SKI” poster. The level of care and attention was beyond anything I expected. Truly one of the best hotel stays of my life!
