They always smile at you and are extremely friendly. So far the best place we stayed in Central America. We ca only recommend this place.

I would say that one day here is not enough because theres lots of activities to do and to fully enjoy it is better to take your time to relax. I would also recommend the chocolate workshop, we made like snickers chocolates but with real cacao and it was so good! We would love to come back in the future

Hotel and its restaurant is beautiful, food was well done, too, and they got a nice beer selection. The whole hotel feels like an oasis in the middle of Livingston. And the staff is great, especially Carlos made us feel at home, and everyone was super helpful. Bring a bit of time when eating here, they're not the fastest, but the food is worth it.

And everyone was so friendly and I enjoyed yummy family meals. I had a lovely stay and lots of doggy cuddles too. All of their workers there are super nice, have a nice smile and they make everything happen that you feel super nice there. The standard of everything there is just higher than in any other hotel we have been so far in Guatemala. If it comes to the shower, bathroom, bed or any other facilities, it’s just great! Also the small details! And the best thing is really as already mentioned the staff there. This is one of the hotels where you will say in a few years, remember the „El Viajero“ in rio dulce, and you‘ll immediately remember which one it was.

She is also a great cook. Don Luis was the taxi driver that she connected is with. He is a very honest man. He drove back to the facility to return my phone and charger that I left in the taxi. Funds from this place go to support underprivileged individuals attain working skills.

Also all other employees were working with a smile and happy to help you with any kind of questions. We also received a nice tour through the beautiful garden. Easy to reach via whatsapp for any questions like boat pick-ups and happy to give tips for traveling. 5 star service! Rooms are clean and comfortable with great beds and it is a beautiful place.

Included complimentary simple breakfast - pancakes, banana, and coffee freshly made. I arrived with a car so needed a parking space. The parking was available. No issues there. Bed was comfy and clean.
