The owners of this very nice and clean posada will give you the warmest welcome, they have a colourfull garden (with somesurprises!) en house and you stay directly at the water. You will have a little balcony, as well as a kitchen and free filtered water. The room itself can be a bit noisy with sounds of neighbours. If this one is full, you can ask to stay at the posada of their familiy, also amazing, lakeview, clean and quiet! 2 mins walking. Very peaceful with beautiful view and great food. Staff was super friendly and helped us with every request. We could even use their SUP to explore the lake. Would definitely recommend for some relaxing time!

We just had the best time there. Probably the best apartment we had so far on our current travels. The hostess is such a lovely lady and help us out with everything, she even did our washing and offered us to help with booking tours. Everyone travelling to Flores we would absolutely recommend the stay at Ximel House! The house is also right next to the lake, Lanchas right infront of your front door.

A great house in a gated community opposite the airport and next door to a good shopping mall. Clean and well equipped comminal kitchen. Ample room with comfy bed, nice linens and hot water in the shower. Airconditioningnin room was perfect. Streaming options available to log into on the Smart TV. Excellent secure parking.

Until now, this was the best place we've stayed during our 2 month holiday. The owners Janesca and Alexis are so kind en helped us with everything. The breakfast was amazing and we've tried Janesca's secret whiskey-liquor. Amazing! The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. And the cherry on top the cake was the amazing view from the rooftop terrace. Would definitely come here again!
