The flat was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect to access all areas of Korcula Old Town as well as nearby beaches and the ferry port.

The property is around 35 km from Bishop's Treasury of Korčula, 35 km from Large Governor's Tower and 35 km from Tower of Sea Gate. Marco Polo Birth House is 35 km from the inn and Zakerjan Tower is 35 km away. The place has been recently fully renovated. It is in excellent condition, both the bathroom and the room, which is of good size. The room has a refrigerator and a cattle - much appreciated. The staff are super friendly. The location is central in Blato, just a short drive from Vela Luka. The parking is along the street (sometimes busy as it is free) and just across the street (payable between 7 am and 8 pm, always available and not expensive - 1.2 EUR per hour or 12 EUR a day). A grocery shop is next door to the hotel. This accommodation is really good value for money. We were very happy. If you are looking for a hotel with a sea view, this is obviously not the place, but if you are exploring Korčula and you need a nice place to stay, at a super reasonable price at the peak of the season, this is it.

Perfect location, just a few steps from the main entrance to the Old Town, next to restaurants, supermarket, shops, and also 2 minutes walking from the ferry port. We loved the apartment, very cozy, clean and charming, with everything you need. Tereza the host is super nice and the communication with her always fast and friendly. 100% recommended when you're in Korcula, this is the best place.

I stayed in this apartment for 16 nights and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The apartment is fully remodeled, and everything is brand new and very clean condition. The studio is very spacious with a dinning table, chairs and a sofa. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom is very nice and big. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the market, restaurants and shops. Also, the Host is a very nice, polite, and a caring person, which made my stay very delightful. I highly recommend this studio!

The location was fantastic with very nice views of the waterfront from the room window. The inside was very spacious with fantastic facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very big. The host was very friendly and responsive and was willing to help throughout the stay.

Free WiFi is provided in all areas and free parking is available on site. We loved it! The view is truly spectacular; the sea, boats, local harbour, distant mountains and coastline of other islands. So beautiful. The apartment itself was fabulous - very spacious, extremely clean. Modern fridge, cooker, showers, etc. The staff left a small basket with snacks and tea, etc. Lots of storage. There was lots of space to lounge- huge terrace, sitting area, large dining space. The terrace is in the shade but we visited in August, so that was welcome! Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely vibe in the local area, which is really just a small strip of houses/tiny jetties by the beautiful sea. It is relaxed and quiet. The local old town of Korcula is authentic and beautiful. Swimming was a highlight- there is no noticeable tide, no currents, and the water is perfectly clear and calm with lots of fish. Not really negative things, but just to address some points that arose from other reviews: - The pool is small and often in the shade, but we didn't mind. We usually only spent a half hour or so there at the end of our day on the beach. If you are the type of people who like to lounge by a pool all day, you might be disappointed. - The tennis court was nice and well kept, we would have played more often but there was a hourly charge. Basketball, football and table tennis had no charge. - It would be tricky to get groceries without a car- you might manage with one trip by taxi for 5-7 days. There is a golf buggy service into the old town in Korcula, but we did not need to use it. - Restaurants in Korcula old town are pricey, but very high standard, and again, beautiful views. - Others have mentioned that it is a building site. When we arrived, we noticed that an identical building was mid construction next door, but honestly we never heard any noise, could not see that building from our terrace (it did not impact our view in any way) and apart from noticing it on going past, it did not impact on our stay at all.
