Centrally located, comfortable, warm and spotless. Tge breakfast was a delight and Lucy was the best host.

Everything about Killaran house was exceptional from beginning to end, from checking in to checking out. Breda the host was truly amazing. She was professional, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable when it came to seek on advice on places to eat. The location of the Killaran House was so central, within a few minutes of walking distance of central town and plenty of parking on the property. The family room was spacious, bright, airy and a pure delight, better than any hotel room. Tea and coffee making facilities available 24/7, as well as toiletries if you should forget anything. Definitely my family and I will be staying again with Breda on our next trip to Ireland. 7 stars 🌟 without hesitation. Located just 1.5 km from Killarney High Street, Gleann Fia Country House offers guests e car charging and free parking. Located on the river Deenagh with acres of wild garden. We are located at V93 XY01 on a country road with no footpath or lighting. Use of a car or taxi is advisable. Stunning grounds and a beautiful manor-like house with generous sized rooms. The hosts, Connor and Bridget, are welcoming and generous with their time when explaining the many wonderful places to visit in the Killarney area. Would certainly return again.

A charming boutique hotel offering cozy rooms, exceptionally friendly staff, a superb breakfast, and an excellent restaurant. Ideally situated just outside Killarney, it provides the perfect balance—close enough to the town while still offering a peaceful retreat from the bustle. The restaurant is outstanding with a warm, inviting atmosphere and excellent food and drinks. The staff - especially John - were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making our dinner a truly delightful experience. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The facilities are wonderful including a luxurious spa. Pricey but very customer-focused. Incredible breakfast experience. Complimentary bikes available to take a ride. Exceptionally clean. Spoil yourself here; you won’t be disappointed!

Despite being so close to the town centre, the house also enjoys the serenity and beauty of the nearby National Park and lakes, making it an ideal base for hill walking in County Kerry and the south west region. Went with my two sisters and Mum to celebrate her 80th. She had lived in Killarney in her 20s and kept saying how much she wished she could go back - but she doubted she ever would now. So we made it happen. It couldn’t have been more perfect. Wonderful property, fabulous staff and our family room - which slept four was light, spacious and spotlessly clean. We didn’t want a chain for this special visit. We wanted something more personal and from communication before we arrived, to the exceptional staff that served breakfast, to the guy behind the front desk, we were made to feel special. And talking of the breakfast, it was truly spectacular! We loved the scones and the porridge particularly 🤗 Thank you for a truly memorable few days.
