Chiara’s hospitality was above and beyond! She made us feel welcome without being intrusive. She speaks very good English if that is something you would find helpful. The breakfast was very good as well. A real bonus was access to a washer and dryer. Just what we needed as we are hiking the via di Francesco.

Absolutely everything! We were greeted by Antonio who showed us around the property. Amazingly refurbished attic in an old city centre building. Fabulous attention to detail all over the property. Room has wi-fi, Netflix access, ac and is refurbished with quirky old school details. Bathroom amenities were great, plush towels and fab space organization. Common kitchen is like from a Tuscan home magazine. You prepare your own breakfast but everything is pre-set; espresso, yogurts, soft drinks ks, brioche, cake. It helps that you have an amazing view over the town and Sansepolcro. We have forgotten our ID’s in previous place and Antonio has organized to get them back with no issues. Would love to return to this place on some other time to enjoy Anghiari more.

We took one night off our stay in Florence, trying to catch different experiences in Tuscany. We did. The room Mary offer us is more than great! Clean, bright, cossy plus a balcony with great view. We didn't know how Italian spend their Monday and bump into a town in rest. Mary kindly prepared simple but delicious dinner for us. That really saved out belly from hunger! Thank you Mary!

We LOVED this accommodation! Our favorite by far during our travels so far. It was bright, impeccably clean, had lovely views and had the most perfect outdoor area to relax and unwind in the sun. Our host did not speak very much English but was lovely and very thorough with our check-in with the help of Google translate. Easy to find, using McDonald's as a reference point. And a pleasant 15 minute walk to old town. There isn't a kitchenette for preparing and cooking foods, but we had a fridge, kettle and cutlery which served us very well for our stay.
