The building itself was really nice, more traditional looking, but with well-equipped rooms and really comfortable. Staff was friendly and nice. Check-in was flexible and with very good instructions.

The rooms in this boutique hotel have minimalist decoration and include a TV with satellite channels. Many bedrooms overlook the lake. The property was in an excellent location and was easily accessible within the ZTL. The room was perfect with fantastic views of Lake Como and the surrounding area. The staff was exceptional and I would have to say the best that I have experienced in 5 years of traveling in Europe! Will definitely stay here on our next visit!
