Location, in the middle of nature, but at the same time not far from the motorway.
Upon arrival there was fresh water in the room for our dog.
Breakfast selection/buffet very nice.
Locals also choose it, so no tourist trap.

A beautifully renovated farmhouse with a stunning outdoor area. The pool and hot tub are definite highlights. The hosts were incredibly friendly, we were even allowed to use the kitchen after a quick chat. The breakfast was absolutely worth it and a perfect start to the day. Lots of great activities in the area. Highly recommended, I’d absolutely come back!

The kindness and warmth of the owner and all people working there immediately made me feel like home. They manage to create a very genuine family atmosphere by doing nothing more than being who they are. The tents were extremely spacious and comfortable (so were the beds and pillows) and also the dinner and breakfast were nothing less than delicious. And then I haven’t even mentioned the magical views, the campfire lid up in the evening, etc.

The room was fabulous but even better than the room was the quality of care and attention provided by our host Paulo. I would stay there again without hesitation, and part of this would be because of Paulo. If every place we stayed had a Paulo you could not help but have a better, less hassle holiday. Palazzo Gotti was in a great location and parking with a car was very easy. Just outside on the street was plenty of cheap, paid parking.

An apartment/big studio in a very convenient location in the limits of Parma and the nicer part of town. Very clean and comfortable with restaurants, gelaterias, supermarkets and very close to Tardini stadium. Overall, quite ok for a solo trip but I could see how it could not be convenient for everyone (see below)

Excellent apartment all round. Host Francesca very helpful and always ready and prompt to answer any questions/requests. Location could not be better with all the attractions/restaurants few minutes away. Train station 10 minute walk away. Facilities and cleanliness at the apartment were excellent. We stayed for a week and found the use of the washing machine very helpful. Parma is ideally suited for train trips to Modena, Cremona, Bologna and even Ravenna. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money.
