The host was absolutely lovely and went out of her way to help us arrange a taxi in the morning. This can be quite tricky in Ravenna, as there isn’t a central taxi service you can call, and it gets very busy with cruise passengers heading to the port. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Ravenna, and I highly recommend it to others.

The property offers free Wi-Fi and refined air-conditioned rooms. We were tired of driving and chose one of the parking lots without realizing we would have to change the ticket every couple of hours. The receptionist was very patient and explained the better choice would be the guarded parking. She had just finished her shift and actually took her private time to help us get to the better parking lot. That is something I will not forget. It is service of an extra class! Thank you!

The breakfast and outdoor breakfast area were amazing. We could even rent bicycles for free to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful.
