Love the swimming pool and the room service that deliver the food to our rooms. The facilities are all very clean and new. Also the location of the hotel is just right at the door of the visitor centre so it’s very convenient after a whole day of heavy hiking you’d be so exhausted just to walk any further into the downtown area.

We loved the location of the property- only a three minute drive to Petra and can also be walkable. The facilities were excellent- showers, towels, warm blankets available as well as coffee, tea and water. There was also breakfast, lunch (you can buy for your day in Petra), and dinner (very delicious and highly recommend doing it for a good price). The dinner was traditional with a beautiful view overlooking the town. Staff were really friendly and gave us ideas of us to go to Petra as well as other activities we were interested in.

The hotel is very nice. You have everything to have your stay comfortable. Room was clean, warm, had hot water. Maybe some things need renovation, but it not disturb you at all. Breakfast was good, but dinner was amazing. The staff were great and very helpful. You felt welcome in the hotel. They were able to help with any issues and also gave good tips about Petra. The roof top is cute, and had amazing view on the city at night. Location is amazing, just about 10 minutes from the Petra main entrance. If I come again, I would choose the same hotel again.

Everyone at the hotel is so lovely and provided exceptional service! I believe it is family-run and everyone is so kind and generous from the second they met me. I am a Black Canadian traveller and took a Jett bus to Petra that arrived at 10am. I walked to the hotel to ask if I could keep my bags there while I explored Petra. It was early and the man in charge also runs the store (next door), when I talked to him, he gave me the key for the room at 10am at no additional cost, since it was already ready, which is so kind of him! In Canada and most places I have travelled to, if you could check-in that early there would be an additional charge. The room was clean, I dropped my bags off and went to explore Petra! He also provided a map and suggested ways to explore Petra. I explored Petra for 6 hours (I got the two day pass) and got back tired and went straight to bed. The second day, I woke up early and accidentally broke a candle in the lobby on my way out. He was in the store, next door and I told him and showed him, asking him how much it is and that I will pay for it. He told me it was absolutely fine and not to worry. I went into Petra for an hour and came back out. Breakfast is included on the roof, and it was his wife who was preparing breakfast, which was spectacular and she was also very very kind. I am stunned, this family is so beautiful and so is the hotel.

It was very clean. The location has a beatiful view to the Dana valley. All tents/houses facing to the valley. We arrived late, they still welcome us and gave us a hot dinner, which was delicious. The host and the staff are very friendly amd welcoming. We would definetely return if we come back to Jordan.

All the staff were super friendly, attentive and willing to help us in any way possible …. with no expectations from us as the customer For sure we recommend this facility as at least a 4 star accommodation We have travelled many areas of the world Europe ,United States , Middle East , Australia and other countries but never had such an amazing experience as we had staying with this highly professional and friendly family orientated hotel For sure we will recommend to all our family and friends Another excellent reason to stay there is the location …. you walk less than 150 -200 met and you have a huge number of really excellent restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets , banks and ATM ….. the list going on . Nur 100 m vom Stadttor entfernt begrüßt Sie dieses Hotel in Petra mit geräumigen Zimmern mit einem Flachbild-TV. Darüber hinaus erwartet Sie ein Dachgarten mit einem saisonal geöffneten Außenpool. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, and the free fruit and mini fridge in the room was a lovely touch. But the staff are truly what made my stay amazing!
