I have been to many hotels including 5 star hotets and this is by far my all time favorite hotel! My new standard. The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. Ahmad and Ahmad were kind, attentive, helpful and friendly. They were very knowledgeable about petra with handy tips to enhanced the experience. The room was clean, comfortable and the minibar had complimentary water, juice, coffee and tea AND chocolates! Highly recommend!

An Amazing Stay – Felt Like Home! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. What truly made our stay exceptional were the owners – they were unbelievably kind, warm, and helpful. We felt more like part of their family than just guests. Even though we had to leave early, they went out of their way to prepare breakfast boxes for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hostel is really cool and located in a local area where you have lots of cheap restaurants and stores. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean and stylish, but the staff is the real highlight of this place. The manager invited me for lunch as soon as I came and even gave me a ride so I wouldn't need to walk back alone after Petra by Night. I'd recommend this place to anyone going to Petra!
