Everything was great. Clean room, comfortable beds, free coffee and tea, nice staff, great location just 10min from the station and we left our luggage after check out to go and explore the lake some more. I strongly recommend this place.

The facility are very good, you get much more than what you paid. The staff is very caring and friendly. We had a very local experience which is very unique for us, get away from the big city and be in the fish village, they recommend you a lot of activities which is amazing. They are local people that they know everyone and they recommend restaurants give you a great local experience with local price. The fish is amazing. The room is very clean and you can also use the bike in the B&B for free.

We booked this room spontaneously when we decided last minute to extend our stay in Fujikawaguchiko. The staff was exceptionally friendly and stayed up longer for us to let us check in after 9pm when we took way longer then expected to get down mount fuji. The room was adorable, we booked the classic japanese room with tatami. They also provide classic western mattresses for people who don’t want to sleep on a futon. The location is amazing, right next to the main station. We’d book this place again.

Japanese style accommodation. Super clean, spacious, traditional shower with the onsen, cute and good breakfast, owner are very nice and friendly, view on Mount Fuji from the garden, I definitely recommend this place.

A nice and cosy traditional-style Japanese ryokan, with a private hot spring bath, which we had completely to ourselves, since we apparently arrived slighlty off-season, and the place was almost empty. The owner was superbly kind to meet us at the train station, and then drove us around a bit (took us to the Snow Monkey park, and back).

Beautiful scenery and view from the hotel and room view. Apart from the slope (only because we have stroller) else it's a short walk from everywhere to/from the hotel. The biggest plus for this hotel is the private toilet for us. But amazingly everything was perfect. The owner and staffs are very friendly and helpful, the room neat, tidy, cosy and clean. They do cleaning daily. We also ate the special vegetarian dinner meal prepared by them and it's fantastic. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again if we are in Nozawaonsen! Thank you Hatoguruma Kawabata for the perfect memory! :)
