The crew was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was light and delicious, and it is close to a train station/buses. Overall this is a really fine establishment.

We got a top floor room from where the Yokohama Osanbashi pier was visible. The rooms were excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic and just beside the Nihan Odori metro station. Commuting to the Yokohama station was very easy. The breakfast was good. The rooms were big and spacious. The amenities were excellent. The residents lounge area and the gym were a great addition. Overall, very nice breakfast.

We had a room without food. We booked the place for cultural experience.The onsen was fantastic and despite it being shared we often had it to ourselves or with 1-2 other people. It's divided to male and female parts ( you have to be naked). There are no showers in the room - these are just in the onsen but the room does have a toilet, sink and another room.

The host was amazingly sweet, she showered us in locally bought welcome and goodbye gifts. She was very helpful when we arrived, showing us how to open the doors and giving us a tour of our room. The host was also very responsive when I had questions about holding our luggage. I'd love to stay here again the location was great! Having the small train station so close made it easy to get to Enoshima Island and back to Kamakura station when we left. Kamakura felt a lot like my hometown San Diego, I loved it! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
