Owners were friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we had a comfortable stay. My friends and I requested for extra keys to the rooms and the owners were happy to provide us with it. We also arrived early for check-in and the owners allowed for early check-in for one of the rooms as it was ready. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, appreciated the hospitality and kindness of the owners.

There was a Mega Don Quijote store right across the street, and another Don Quijote inside the plaza where the hotel is located. Besides that, it was in a very central part of Shibuya. However, if you plan to use the subway or arrive from the airport with luggage, walking from the station to the hotel might be a bit difficult, since it’s not right next to the station but about a 5–6 minute walk. I’d recommend keeping that in mind. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. We had a few different situations with our luggage, and they assisted us every time. We honestly couldn’t find any negative points about the hotel. The only thing is that it was a bit expensive compared to nearby hotels. Also, the room was somewhat small. Did it work for us? Yes, because I kept the room very tidy. But if you don’t keep things as organized, you might feel a bit cramped with luggage. Still, it wasn’t a big problem.

Room was very clean and modern. We loved the location close to Chinatown and the harbour with direct metro access. I was visiting a.conference at the Pacifico but the surroundings here have more history than there.
