The Hotel is very clean and in a super great location, you can just walk to Gion and to all the main places in Kyoto. You also have a bus stop just downstairs to get to the further temples. The breakfast is super basic but you also have a convenient shop just downstairs. The staff is very nice and the room was quite spacious and very well organized with the bathroom being splittet with WC Room and Shower Room.

The hotel, the staff and the location were all 10/10 We booked it at a great price point and were super happy with the choice. The hotel is located in a wonderful area with a lot of shops, not so far away from the most crowded locations. The room was very spacious, comfortable and came with a washing machine. It was cleaned daily and we really enjoyed. We didn't try the breakkie, so I cannot comment on that. Would repeat stay and recommend it.

The hotel offers everything you could need to make your stay pleasant and welcoming. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a fantastic bathroom and all the amenities you could ask for. The lobby features a cozy social lounge with light refreshments available 24/7, including a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, and even a beer/wine machine for only 500 yen per glass. Additional thoughtful features include a washing machine and dryer, a coin exchange machine, bicycles for guest use, refillable water bottles, and more. Everything is designed with the guest’s comfort in mind – simply amazing! When I return to Kyoto, this will undoubtedly be the hotel I choose, without hesitation.

The hotel is located in Shijo, which was a great location very connected to everything but at the same time very calm and quiet at nite. Great balance! They also helped me shopping my luggage back to Tokyo. I felt very safe staying by myself there
