The room was larger than we expected. A full bathroom, the entry way space of the room was large, the bed area is large, which is also fitted with a seating area with a table. Both of our large luggage bags had more than enough space to stay open on the ground. Free water bottles were supplied daily, as well as fresh towels. Great location. Walking distance to the Gion district & Nishiki market. Also just a good spot to spend the day out exploring with no itinerary, you'll find plenty of hidden gems. A special mention to the receptionist. My partner and I had to find an English speaking dentist in Osaka (our next destination), as I needed urgent dental treatment, they spent over an hour to find one for us. They are incredibly helpful, kind and they provide 24/7 reception contact.

The location was great and the hotel had a very hip, modern vibe. The breakfast could be improved though. A larger buffet would help, as the pastries disappeared fast!

The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the coffee bar in the lobby. The staff helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations. I also love that they are an eco-friendly hotel. I will recommend this hotel to all of our friends planning to visit Kyoto.

Nice quiet street but walkable to lots of landmarks. Clint laundry with dryer. Honestly can not recommend this hotel any higher, it was absolutely lovely.
