Even though we visited at the end of the season and were the only guests, they made sure we had everything we needed. I can not say enough good things about this property, it is a huge space for Japan, it was cozy and warm, it had a smart tv, toys for children, and comfy beds. I was a bit worried about the location when I booked it but the host picked us up, dropped us off, offered to take us to the supermarket and the hot springs and made us a delicious lunch and breakfast so it was not a problem at all. There is also a bus stop right outside.
