Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

Namba Shrine is less than 1 km from the hotel and Nipponbashi Monument is a 11-minute walk away. Spacious rooms for Japan standards! It is in a quiet/non busy area which we appreciated. There were free amenities and drinks in the lobby, they even served free flowing wine on Christmas Day. 7Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson, and Sukiya were all within walking distance. We likewise walked around 15-20mins to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, enjoyed the leisurely stroll. Easy to call for taxi or Uber in front of hotel.
