Hotel was spotless and the facilities were amazing. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both were exceptionally good. Loved the view from the room and particularly liked the roof terrace.

I had to extend the trip but also changed the type of beds in the room, due to an additional person joining after initial booking. The person on the phone was able to help me adjust my 2 separate bookings to connect to the same type. Location is convenient. The rooms are very new and clean. Delivery service by the robot is very ingenious as well.

The stay becomes very comfortable and also enjoyable. We loved the way the room was furnished with all the required amenities without compromising on free space. The breakfast spread was good every day. It had a bunch of vegetarian options which was superb for us. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are going towards Disneyland, TeamLabs, Legoland etc. the metro station is right in front of the hotel. Furthermore, it is only three stops away from the Tokyo station. Breakfast, location, wi-fi, room size, amenities - all were really good. There is a convenience store right inside the hotel and a currency exchange machine too. Hotel reception staff were fluent in English and were helpful with information about things outside the hotel.

Staff and management were very accommodating and helpful. We had a problem booking our taxi to the airport and the female staff ( who was the kindest) called her manager and was able to help us booked a ride, even paid for it as we were having problem with our overseas cc card. I highly, highly recommend this place - place 101%, location 101% and staff 120%. We will definitely come back!

Welcoming staff who spoke good english. Very nice appartment with a great view (we had river view) would reccomend!
