This propery is located opposite to bokenbayavo town . The property is facing the snow mountains and has a flat huge farm land in front. The property have wooden cottages and yurt houses which can accomodate families and groups. The view from the restaurant is amazing as the veiw of farm lands and the mountains give you a hevenly ambience. The host family who owns the property are real hard working and try to best to keep you confortable.They even dropped me to bokenbayevo town bus station free of cost during return to bishkek . During my stay I requested if i can have their traditional pulov rice for dinner and they did get it done the food was delicious and the best during my trip traditional pulov with mountain goat meat . I wish the host and owner Ms Miriam all the best in their business and definitely you will be more successful.

But nothing disturbed us. The lake and beach are just a short 5 minute walk from the Guesthouse. The breakfast was a nice experience, too. We really felt like guests rather than customers. By the way, the pics don't make it clear, but we had the room with one king bed and two twins, and the twins are actually located in a separate bedroom, so the place feels more like an apartment than a hotel room. Highly recommend!

Issyk-Kul International Airport is 29 km from the property. It was really clean and comfortable. I wasn’t sure at first but it turned out way better than some expensive guest house or even hotels
