We spent 4 nights here and loved every minute! The rooms are large and spacious with comfortable beds, lovely showers and all the amenities you need (Netflix, robes, fridge, desk, room service). They have a terrific and HUGE gym with a separate spa and sauna for males/females. They also have a onsite spa with well priced massages and treatments. The pool is INCREDIBLE with plenty of seating options and space to enjoy the facilities. The pool is also right next to the bar/restaurant which is perfect for poolside cocktails. The free breakfast was one of the best we had ever experienced! So many eastern and western options to satisfy everyone including good coffee and even a chef at an omelette station AND a noodle station. One of our favourite things was the AMAZING staff. Every time we walked by they greeted us and asked about our days or if we needed any assistance. They were so friendly, helpful and personable. They were extremely helpful in booking tours for us and directing us to get to nearby attractions. A big thanks to Bossba and Pheara who were especially helpful. This hotel will make your time in Siem Reap even more memorable. We will definitely be back!

We stayed twice at The Elephant in our recent trip to Siem Reap it was overall a fantastic stay. Location is quiet and far enough away from the busy centre but close enough for a quick grab or even walk if you can handle the heat. The pool was great the food and drinks were also good. A little suggestion breakfast could have more options and variety. The staff are absoloutely amazing so friendly and accomodating. When returning from being out you get a huge smile and warm welcome evrry time. We had a little issue with our air con and they fixed this immediately and gave us a new room. Thank you to all the team for making our stay perfect. We will miss you and see you again in the future.
