We arrived very early in the morning (after a night journey on a sleeping bus), but we were warmly welcomed and able to leave our luggage. By around 10 a.m., our room was ready, which we appreciated greatly. We spent a couple of very peaceful days, something that is very important to us. We loved the quick responses, excellent communication, cleanliness, and attentive service from Xavier and his wife. We used their laundry service, and our clothes were returned clean within a few hours. We also rented a motorbike from them to explore some waterfalls along part of the loop, and everything worked perfectly. Lastly, we purchased tickets to Don Det through them, with pickup directly from the accommodation. Everything was punctual and convenient. We spent 4 nights at the Riviera Champasak and we appreciated of course the river view, tha garden but the staff (in particular Mr T.) really makes the difference in terms of customer service. They were so careful to every single detail, always smiling and fast to accomodate any request. They arranged the tour (driver) at the 4000 islands 100$ and the airport transfer to Ubon (Thailand). A very positive feedback also for the restaurant. I really enjoyed the food (local and western). The rooms are basic but the river view is worthed. We also used the bycicles (for free) and we cycled to Champasak centre (around 4km) and they also organized a scooter for 140k kip. Thank you for the great experience. I
