Everything was fantastic! Spotlessly clean room, extremely comfortable bed and beautiful terrace. Effective but quiet AC and ceiling fan. Brilliant location near all the best beaches as well as lesser known beach on doorstep which is beautiful. Brilliant hosts who made us feel welcome and at home. They also organised scooter and helped with all aspects of organisation for our trip. Reasonably priced laundry service. Fantastic varied breakfast. One of the best places we have stayed in Sri Lanka, don't hesitate to book!

One of our favorite place in Sri Lanka. When arrived, we stayed two hours looking at all the animals and the birds by the lake, the sunset was beautiful. The little cabanas are so cute and nothing was missing. Finally, the whole family is so welcoming, we really enjoyed the dinner and the time spent with them.

Hotel is located in a nice calm environment. Even though the construction wasn't finished by the time i stayed there, the room was really comfortable and totally worth the money. Host was also really friendly. Recommend place to anyone who is travelling around Thissa area.

Absolutely magnificent location near to the ocean and awesome clean and empty beach. We stayed here for 2 days and didn’t want to leave because facilities were quite good. Decent breakfast in the mornings, very helpful stuff. Especially we want to say thanks to Mahesh who is very kind and friendly, he has recommended us good places to visit and explained everything about our staying. We definitely want to come back here again.

I loved my stay here, I extended to four days. The location is right on the beach, and conveniently right in front of the safe swimming spot. The family who own this place are so lovely, the mum is an excellent cook, so i highly recommend eating at their restaurant too. The sons do a great job running the bar and restaurant and making sure everything is good. For the price, it's exceptional value!

So far probably the best place we stayed at in Sri Lanka. It was very fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable and big. The room is spacious and the AC is good. Every room has a terrace/balcony. It's a 5 minute walk to Goyambokka and a 10-15 minute walk to Silent Beach (the prettiest beach we have seen here). The family is very kind and the food is delicious. The rice and curry especially was one of the best we've had. It has 4 different curries and it's a massive portion (enough for two people). The breakfast with fresh toast, fruit and egg was great.
