If you want some peace and a chill time before go to the crowder places in Sri Lanka I think is a right place. The owner was super kind and he helped us with everything You can also book a safari tour with the hostel. It was a fair price and the entrance of the N. Park you have there is much less crowdy than the most famous one. We could see many different animals, and our guide Weli was also very nice guy. He speaks good english and after the safari we shared a beer and a very nice talk. If you want visit a local village... Very recomended place!!! 10/10

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The property was well maintained and managed well from all aspects. The staff was very helpful especially mr. Inbarajah. They also helped us cook our own vegetarian food at a separate place near dining area.

My hosts couldn’t have made me feel any more welcome. They are kind and generous. As a single female traveller I felt very secure in their compound. I strongly advice you book your safari with your host. He’s a confident driver with a keen eye for leopards. Don’t think saving money will serve you well, take a private tour. The guest house is situated close to the park and near to the road the dissects the park. Take an evening safari on the road if you can. The accommodation is very clean. I found it hard to leave these lovely people.

The room was lovely, the place was friendly and we had a great time. Great communication between Sam’s place and us before we travelled ensuring all our needs were met when we arrived. With free WiFi, this 4-star hotel has a terrace and a bar. The property is non-smoking and is located 17 km from Tissa Wewa. Kynrock is a chain across Sri Lanka but this location had just opened about 6 weeks before our stay. It is right outside of Yala which was perfect. There were only about 8 people staying in the hotel that night and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time - they had poolside beers for us and brought in a chef to make personalized dinners for the 8 of us (since there was no buffet because it is so new and there is no one staying there). They were so happy to have us and the experience was truly special.

The food overall was just awesome, and we even enjoyed picking fresh mangoes straight from the garden — such a lovely touch! 🥭 The resort's large swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and the overall environment was clean, serene, and beautifully maintained. A big thank you to the management for keeping the property and surroundings neat and inviting. The location is also ideal — very close to Yala National Park, and we had an unforgettable Yala Safari experience. We also visited the sacred Kiri Vehera Temple, which was just a short drive away. I truly felt like part of the Farm Villa Resort family, and I already look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, explore, and enjoy genuine Sri Lankan hospitality!
