We zijn toe gekomen rond 12:00 in de middag en we hoorden dat het beter zou zijn om een safari te doen in de namiddag, dus bracht hij ons snel naar een restaurant waar we goed konden eten en liet hij de safari jeep naar daar komen. We hebben een safari genomen voor 4 uur met Mr. Subash die een heel goede kennis had over alle diersoorten in het Udawalawa national park.

An amazing and friendly place to stay in Udawalawe National Park. Accommodation is very nice and clean. Dushan gave us a lot of information and types for another places in Sri Lanka. We also booked 6 hours safari with Dushan's brother. It was amazing! Our guide told us a lot of interesting information about every animal in the park. We weren't in rush at all, he stopped at every nice place or when we spotted an animal. We didn't see almost any other jeeps. They also prepared for us delicious dinner, that was the best we had in Sri Lanka. Thank you 🙏

The beautiful rainforest garden and the stunning and comfortable room we stayed in. It was immaculate with a modern bathroom and very comfortable bed. There was a new aircon unit and outdoor swing couch too. Leel and his family went above and beyond to make us feel at home and the food was delicious and authentic. We stayed here for 2 nights and could have easily stayed much longer! The safari that Leel took us on was fantastic as well. It honestly was a 12/10 stay and we can't wait to recommend it to our friends back home in New Zealand. The best place in all of Sri Lanka!!!

This was fantastic accommodation. Run by Anju and his family. The photos don’t do it justice - it’s way nicer, more modern. The bed is comfortable, I loved the shower with skyview and the net in front of the cottage to relax. We also took the safari day trip arranged by Anju with safari guide Patum and it was just perfect. We got a lovely breakfast inside the park and in the afternoon also lunch. During the tour there was always cold water and we got coconut to drink. And we saw plenty of elephants, buffalos, lizzards, deers, two kinds of monkeys, birds and much more! In the end, Anju arranged taxi driver to our next destination. Totally recommended!!

One of the best places we have stayed - and for such a good price!! The clay hut is fabulous - very clean and a wonderful aroma of cinnamon! Dinner was awesome, and the safari organised for us by the host was incredible- would definitely book through them.
