Just 170 metres from the train station and within proximity to bus stops, the property is ideally located for visiting the Côte d’Azur. What is more, you can reach the port and beach by foot in just 5-10 minutes. The blonde woman at the reception was really nice and she spoke perfect English. Bed was really comfortable and the room and bathroom were nice and renovated.

Free WiFi is available throughout. The staff was exceptional, and we even met the owner which seems to be a rarity these days. Such a great surprise to meet him! He takes great pride in the hotel and it shows. They followed up with us before our arrival to ensure everything was in place that we requested. The front desk, Anaïs, is a pro. It's a breath of fresh air to be treated so personally and not just another "number!" Rooms are pleasant, comfortable, and have everything you need. It was our first time in Nice and the location was in proximity to a lot of cool restaurants and the beach. All in all a great value for the price, and we felt right at home.
