They were not only friendly but also genuinely helpful, going out of their way to answer and assist all our questions and ensure we had everything we needed.

We booked 2 rooms, we love the one on ground floor which is much bigger with nice full equipped pantry space with big drinking water dispenser. We also like bathroom and sitting area in outdoor space. Laundry complimentary is such a great help for us, it is quick and neat! Clean spacious roof top is a plus.
