The staff was the nicest I have ever encountered tending to all of our needs (a couple and a 2-year-old kid plus a grandma). Both the dinner and breakfast included with the room were delicious and very nicely presented and it was lovely not to have to look for food after a long day at Chichen. The included parking right next to the hotel was also very convenient. The building is old, so do not expect modern luxury, but you can't beat the location right off the main plaza, plus the A/C works just fine and the garden more than makes up for that.

The cocktails were amazing, especially by the poolside lounge, which was the perfect place to relax and unwind. One thing we really liked, was that the check in process was fast and easy and we were able to be in contact with them at all times. Can’t wait to come back!
