This is a budget stay and with that in mind it's good value for money. Really good breakfast offered, huge selection and the glassed atrium is great place to sit while eating and enjoying looking out. Staff a pleasant not really that friendly and do the bare minimum. The lounge areas and bar are pretty comfortable. Rooms are clean but very very basic. Shared bathrooms ok, clean but basic. Location ok if you use the bridge to cross over to town but not great if you have to walk all the way around the river.

Very clean and comfortable place. The room was a bit small. Good breakfast. A short walk (about 15 mins from town). The airport shuttle goes from this location too.

Very comfortable room, little on small side but we knew that before booking. Ideal location, just opposite main shop and bars/restaurants all nearby. Staff super friendly and lovely breakfast. Would definitely book here again.

Lovely hotel in an absolute prime location. The view from my room (top floor annexe) was breathtaking. The room itself was fantastic, simple but with everything you needed. Very clean, and cosy. The lobby was so inviting for a hot drink by the fire after being in the cold. The breakfast each morning was simple but very tasty and plenty of options. All of the staff that you encountered were cheery and friendly, and very helpful. I look forward to returning in the near future.

I find this place simply charming. The interior design combined with the winter garden, the polar bear in the corridor and the bus and the ship outside create an unusual combination. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, the breakfast as before very good. Staff friendly and helpful, willing to check if the room was free earlier on their own initiative. I really appreciated the option to leave my luggage and use the common areas before check in and after check out. A definite advantage of this place is the location close to the center.
