I would totally recommend staying here, very nice staff, good value and nice atmosphere. We booked the tours with them and they were great. I also got sick and everyone was so helpful in cancelling and rescheduling our tours, letting us stay longer, helping us with the needed medicines and the food. We ended up staying longer than expected and it was actually really nice. Our idea was to stay to visit the National Park, however we learnt to see Chitwan has much more to offer and is a nice place to stay and relax for a bit while travelling.

The family who own it were beyond lovely and helpful. They arranged a tuktuk to collect me from the next door town after a terrible bus journey, organised brilliant safaris (I saw 7 rhinos in the jeeps, some very close!) and helped to get the bus to Bandipur. He would WhatsApp when Rhinos could be spotted in the village to come and see. The hotel was clean, great location, has mosquito nets over the bed and good working fans (it is very hot in Chitwan in end of May!!).

This is a luxury hotel at an affordable price. The decor and fixtures and fittings are stylish and modern. The shower was the best! All staff were all so friendly and helpful. We were looked after so well. Milan at the front desk made sure our holiday went smoothly and was very attentive to all our needs. The breakfast was delicious with excellent coffees. We also ate dinner and lunch here and all the food we ate was delicious and reasonably priced too. We did 3 excellent trips with Raj our very knowledgeable safari guide - a walking safari, a canoe trip and a jeep safari. Due to Raj’s knowledge and patience we got to see a wild rhino up close! All the staff made us feel like family and nothing was too much trouble. We were sad to leave. Milan arranged private transport for us to Bhaktapur and it’s a long drive but the driver was very professional and safe. Highly recommend everything about this hotel! It was even an easy 10 min walk to Main St and the sunset viewing platform in town.

The accommodation provides room service and a housekeeping service for guests. I give full mark for Bamby Chilling. My room have more than enough sockets and lighting. The fan is super powerful. The buff momo, masala tea, omlet is very yummy. The staff, brother and sister very hospitality, they know what tourists needs. Their arrangements are very reliable. Their big smile and very nice attitude bright up my days. I slept 2 nites very well with hot shower. No mosquito was found in this lodge and it's surrounding.

They picked us up by car from the bus terminal and took us to the hotel at no additional cost. The place is quiet, in an excellent location, with green areas and a pleasant place to relax. The room is simple, has a fan, a bathroom, and a nice balcony. We arranged tours with them and it went very well. They are more affordable than other places and they explain the different options depending on your budget. The restaurant serves delicious traditional food at a good price. Breakfast is included and is delicious. They also helped us purchase a one-way bus ticket and dropped us off at the terminal. Highly recommended.

I stayed 3 nights with my friend and we had a great time here. The owner lady of Tara guest house is very friendly and caring for her guests, she made us feel welcome and safe here. Its a simple room at the homestay but all what you need for few days safari. Free WiFi also.

If you want to have a true experience of the Chitwan National Park with the best local guide who is passionate about the jungle and has a ton of knowledge about the wildlife, then this is the best place for you! Bishnu (the owner of the lodge and guide) is truly amazing! He started answering any questions I had even before I arrived at the area. His wife and his kids are truly adorable and they made me feel like being at home. I went with Bishnu in a half day jeep safari and a full day walking (and boat) safari, as well as some other activities like bird watching. Even if we were not lucky enough to see a tiger, we saw many rhinos, deers and monkeys! Bishnu knows every corner of the forest and he was explaining to us every detail and answering any questions we had. While other guides may show you only the basics without putting much effort, Bishnu is trying his best to find the best spots in the jungle so that the guests could have the greatest experience! One day of my 3 days stay, I was the only guest and Bishnu arranged extra activities especially for me so as not to get bored! Last but not least, the food was fresh and homemade, and it was the best food I had in Nepal! These 3 days full of adventure and great hospitality, was the best part of my trip in Nepal and makes me want to visit Nepal and Bishnu again in the future for sure!
