We recently had the pleasure of staying at KAILASH BOUTIQUE HOTEL in Thamel, Kathmandu, a true gem nestled in a vibrant location. From the clean, comfortable rooms to the exquisite cuisine (better than the local restaurants we visited!), every aspect of our stay was designed for relaxation and delight. However, what truly set our experience apart was the extraordinary presence of the manager, Dol. From the moment we arrived, Dol exuded warmth, kindness, and an unmistakable passion for hospitality. With decades of experience as a trekking guide, his vast knowledge and resourcefulness was evident in every interaction. His mastery of professionalism, practicality, good sense and great humour is rare even in 5-star deluxe hotel managers. There are many excellent hotel managers out there, but Dol goes above and beyond what can be learned. He welcomed us not merely as guests, but as friends, and he made us feel like our comfort and well-being were among his highest priorities. His genuine care helped make our our stay a memorable journey of discovery and delight. Dol's wisdom and generous spirit provided not only exceptional service but also an inspiring reminder of the beauty of human connection. L’établissement Divine Kathmandu Hotel bénéficie d’un emplacement attractif dans le centre de Katmandou. Superbe hôtel au calme en plein centre du quartier de Thamel. Les chambres sont très propre et les lits confortables. Petit déjeuner en buffet copieux et de qualité. Restaurant avec terrasse très agréable pour boire un verre en fin de journée et pour y manger (nous y avons mangé de nombreuses fois et testé une bonne partie du menu). Le gros point fort est le rooftop avec une très belle vue et une agréable piscine pour se détendre après une journée de marche dans Katmandou.

L’établissement Daali Hotel & Apartment se situe à 200 mètres du centre de Katmandou. Il possède un salon commun et un bar. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est à disposition dans l’ensemble de ses... Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. Accueil chaleureux, chambre impeccable, personnel aux petits soins, et petit-déjeuner délicieux. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

There’s plenty of hot water in the shower which was amazing. It’s located in quiet street so no outside noise. Totally recommend this place!

Great hostel! The location was super convenient, and the atmosphere was really nice. The rooms and common areas were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with anything. I had a great experience staying here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!
