Location was perfect, just atop the hill so it was a nice short stroll to the marina and local shops. Owner Rich was a great host too.

The park was designed about 30 years ago. An infinite number of plants were planted, which now thrive wonderfully and can be admired. And in the middle of it all was our accommodation. It was no longer the newest, but everything that was promised at the time of booking was available. Of course, the location in a subtropical paradise also means the presence of insects. So you should take precautions so that you can enjoy the great summer evenings on the covered terrace. The hostess was very friendly and helpful.

A very nice place to stay in Paihia. Stayed 3 nights, we were very comfortable. Self-contained and close to the town. Highly recommended.

Not many motels can claim to overlook a waterfall and an ocean-river lagoon, but Waterfalls Estate can.

Michael was very friendly in receiving us and we were offered free kayaking which unfortunately we didn't have time to experience it. The place has a beautiful view and stunning view of the waterfalls. We had a delicious dinner using the BBQ onsite. The location was near to the supermarket. We enjoyed our stay alot.

Superb location, right at the start of Paihia. Staff are warm and welcoming, and the apartment is spacious and a very well-equipped kitchen, there is a great cafe, bar and restaurant meters away and of course the beach right across road. This place was great stay and value for Money!

Located opposite Ti Beach, Bay Sands Seafront Studios is just 600 metres from the centre of Paihia.

The manager Jim waited up until I arrived - slightly after normal check in. The room was great. The bed was comfy. The location was excellent.
