Ibrahim and his wife really made us feel home, sharing their stories, food and an amazing care. Additionally the location is great because right in front of the room starts the tracking of the canyon.

The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the main area. It’s only a 2-minute walk to Alaqer Wall and about 7 minutes to Nizwa Fort. There are plenty of cafés nearby and even a small supermarket just around the corner, which was very convenient. We received a thoughtful little gift after check-out, which made our experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this place for families or groups—it’s the perfect spot to relax, feel at home, and enjoy exploring Nizwa to the fullest.

They make dinner and breakfast on request ans serve it either in the guest room in their home or on the terrace. We had so much fun chatting with Ali’s family in the evening. Lovely local people .
