I can strongly reccomend this accommodation and host as a to go place when looking for an overnight in Lapu Lapu! Efleda is a highly friendly and guest focused host, very easy to contact and she will answer all your questions. The apartment is în very good shape, everything works very well and a morning coffee în the balcony is more than a good idea. The airport is 5 minutes by car and for backpackers or travelers on a lower budget there are also local transportation 10 minutes by car away (save savemore stop). There you will find also the closest bigger supermarket and atms and other budget friendly delights. Laundry and a Filipino restaurant are at the ground floor. The Reef Island Resort Mactan, Cebu has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar. With free WiFi, this 4.5-star hotel offers a private beach area. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and felt freshly renovated. We had a sea view, which we absolutely loved. Breakfast was excellent, despite going late each morning, nothing felt picked over and the variety was impressive, with fresh and tasty options including meats, fruits, and local dishes. The hotel has three restaurants, and the food in all of them was delicious, especially the traditional Filipino cuisine at The Grounds. The beach area is small, but it wasn’t crowded during our stay, so we had a great time. You can borrow coral shoes for free and rent snorkeling gear, which was a nice bonus. We also visited The Spa and really enjoyed the massage. For the price, no other Mactan hotel we considered came close in terms of service and facilities.

The room was very clean,complete with all the necessities that one would require in a "home", and the services impeccable - it was PAR EXCELLANCE!. Very much appreciated is the added "honesty" mini grocery which we find very convenient and helpful to us especially that the tower is located in the inner part. ALSO Very much appreciated is the eagerness of the owner (Jerry) to assist us in finding a ride going to our next accommodation. The constant reminders thru whatsapp was also very helpful.
