400 metres from General Luna Beach, Araw Boutique is a recently renovated property located in General Luna and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The 4-star homestay features garden views and is 2.6 km from Malinao Beach. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. We loved our stay at Araw and even extended for two more nights. The location is perfect, it’s near the main street with restaurants, supermarkets, ATM and gas station, but still in a quiet area. The place was always kept clean and the common spaces were really nice. Since it’s a newer homestay, there are some minor things to be improved, such as keeping a stock of toilet paper and a drying rack covered from rain, specifically during the wet season. However, the host, John, made a huge difference, he was always very accommodating to our needs, gave us a lot of tips to explore the island (and even a discount for a nice cafe). He also rented cute scooters for a really good price.

I spent a total of 2 months in Casavia and loved the time there. Whether for a short or long stay - Casavia is a really great hostel with the best staff (especially the receptionist)! There was always someone cleaning, improving, helping or cooking. There is a great range of social activities, but in a pleasant amount so that you also have enough space to retreat and relax. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the common area is cozy and large, you can work and do yoga in peace. I will definitely be back!

It’s very clean, comfortable and you have your own private space. Jayde is doing a really good job there.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at Alon. The location couldn’t have been more perfect and the host Alma was lovely! She was helpful in arranging a tour for us and providing recommendations for dining which were great. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. Also the air conditioning was good. I spent a lot of time deciding between properties and it was a good choice; I would definitely stay again!

Alvira and Joseph are the kindest, most hospitable hosts I’ve encountered in a long time. The quality of the facilities is outstanding, and I loved every second of my stay here. I wish i could give more stars.

Property is located off the main road so it is quiet, however a 10 minute walk to all the retíranos and bars. Staff was so friendly and there is a beautiful vegan restaurant located next door. Breakfast and dinner was amazing every time we had it. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Among the facilities at this property are room service and a tour desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can have a drink at the bar. Everything! Absokute gem! The location with a beautiful blue pool overlooking the beach and creating waves. The staff that go above and beyond to ensure you have the perfect stay. Mamas-z on-site restaurant has fantastic food (other options nearby to but with less of a special view!). Rooms looking out to see. We just wish we could have stayed longer! Will be back!
