The kitchen was spotless and well supplied with all the essential utensils and tableware, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom spacious and perfectly clean. The reception staff were always kind, courteous, and available, ready to assist at any time with professionalism and a smile. The hotel’s location is excellent — just a short walk from the city center, in a quiet and well-served area, ideal for easily reaching all main attractions. To further improve an already excellent service, I would suggest providing clearer information about the room cleaning policy and offering the option of daily housekeeping. During our four-night stay, the room was not cleaned; we did our best to keep it tidy, but a daily bathroom cleaning service would help maintain optimal hygiene standards. Overall, a very pleasant experience that I would definitely recommend.

The staff included two beautiful and friendly girls at reception who helped with all your questions.
