Acomodation was a very sweet little apartment perfect for couples. Location is great it's in the center of the city and everything is in distance of a few minutes walking. Apartment also has all kitchen supplies. The owner was very helpful and fast to answer all our questions. The parking is really close and really cheap. Would recommend for anyone who wants to visit Sao Miguel.

Very clean- towels changed daily. Location was ok, a little out of the centre- 15 minutes walk-but quiet despite being right on a busy road junction. Free parking on street outside or paid parking in an open air parking lot across the road. Staff were great- very friendly and helpful, English spoken. Breakfast included. Good air conditioning.

We chose this place for the central location and free parking. Both were great. The hire car was very safe in the car park and it was a quick 15 minutes walk into centre of Ponta Delgada. The breakfast was excellent and you can eat outdoors if there is space. Unlike other reviews we found there was always plenty of food and choice. The bed was extremely comfortable and room was spotless. The aircon was very much needed and worked well. The shower and bathroom were lovely and plenty of hot water. We loved our stay. It suited all our needs.

We highly recommend our hosts. They are very nice, caring and can help in any matter. We felt like guests there, not customers. The apartment is very modern, comfortable and very clean. It has absolutely everything you need. The location is great. Upon arrival, we were treated to refreshments made from local and home-made products. It was very nice and very tasty. Coffee and local tea are available all the time. If you are going to Ponta Delgada, be sure to book this apartment. Thank you very much Luz and Vasco!

The studio was much bigger than I expected. It was also spotlessly clean and in a great location to be able to explore Ponta Delgada easily.

This was a real gem of a find. Modern apartment, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, very spacious, in great location. Three big bedrooms plus two living areas. Air-conditioning in all rooms. Secure. And we loved the location - turn left out the front door, cross the main road and you are at the sea front. We swam every evening in the public swimming area. And walked along the sea front each night, to have a drink or a meal. Parking available on the street or at the underground car park - entrance only steps away. All perfect for our needs.

The overall environment (staff, people, etc) was very friendly and easy going. The location is ideal + it was very easy to park. The kitchen was well equipped.
