Comfortable beds, with nice ensuite. Small fridge/mini bar. Beautiful breakfast included - free onsite parking. Air conditioned. Bar. Restaurant attached. Location: good. Not far from main highway. Lovely staff.

Amazing place. The staff is so friendly and helpful with everything. They were really sweet with our little girl as well. Good and fresh breakfast.
It's a beautiful building with spacious rooms and it's very clean. Location is perfect in the middle of the old town.
The restaurant downstairs is really good for diner. High quality for a good price.
I would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely hotel in a lovely town with lovely people. The view of the valleys from window was breathtaking. The room spacious, with comfortable beds and all basic amenities. They serve an excellent breakfast with a smile. Overall highly recommended

Our juniors suite room was lovely, with coffee facilities and a fridge. The bed was very comfortable with great linen. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and it is in an excellent location. The food was exceptional- Catia is a fantastic chef! Both her and Andre are fabulous hosts.

Everything was good. The location was perfect for us as we had no car and it is exactly in the center of the city. Fortunately, Uber and bolt service is the best option to travel/explore to other parts of the city. We have hired one local guide with his car which made us the cheapest trip to explore Serra da Estrela, Cortes do meio and various beautiful locations. We enjoyed a lot.
